Returnable Items We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for the following items, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging:

  • Board Games (unopened)
  • Mugs, Tumblers & Drinkware (unused)
  • Journals & Stationery
  • Gifts & Home Goods

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale) Due to the nature of the following products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds:

  • Groceries, food & pantry items
  • African imports & perishable goods
  • Opened health, beauty & personal care products
  • Hair care products (once opened)
  • Seasonal or clearance items

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right.
